Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SourceFuse Reporting · Insights (“SF_Insights”, “the app”), an internal application provided by SourceFuse. By signing in and using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Authorized use only
The app is provided solely for authorized SourceFuse employees and contractors, for legitimate internal business purposes. Access is granted by an administrator and is personal to you; you must not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.
2. Confidential information
The app contains sensitive and confidential information, including workforce, compensation- derived, revenue, and financial and accounting data (including customer and vendor records). You agree to treat all information in the app as confidential, to access only what your role requires, and to use it only for the internal purpose it was provided for. You must not disclose it to anyone not authorized to receive it.
3. Acceptable use
Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. In particular, you must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-extract data beyond your authorized use, or interfere with the app’s operation.
4. Exports and third-party accounts
If you use the optional “Export to Google Sheets” feature, you are responsible for the exported copy once it is created in your Google Drive, including keeping it confidential, sharing it only with authorized people, and deleting it when no longer needed. Your use of Google is also subject to Google’s own terms.
5. Share links
If your role allows it, you can generate a link that opens a single Quarterly report, frozen as it was when the link was created. A share link is a pointer, not a credential: the recipient must sign in with their own account, and the report opens only if their access includes the Quarterly Report.
- Send a share link only to people authorized to see the figures in it, and only by a channel appropriate for confidential information. Do not post one anywhere public.
- You remain responsible for a link you create until it expires or is revoked.
- Links expire (30 days by default). Revoke one as soon as it is no longer needed, or immediately if it may have reached the wrong person.
- Creating and revoking share links is recorded in the audit log against your account.
6. Accuracy of information
The app aggregates data from source systems and is provided for internal reporting and decision-support. While we work to keep it accurate, figures may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to change, and should be verified before being relied upon for material decisions.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. SourceFuse does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its intended internal use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SourceFuse is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any obligation you owe SourceFuse under your employment or contractor agreement or its policies.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, for example when your role changes, on suspected misuse, or when you leave SourceFuse.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the current version is always shown here with its “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
