Cookie & Session Notice
SourceFuse Reporting · Insights (“SF_Insights”) uses cookies only for what’s necessary to sign you in and keep the app working. It does not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
Cookies we set
- Session cookie: a secure, HTTP-only cookie that keeps you signed in after you log in. Without it, the app can’t maintain your session. It contains a signed session token, not your password. It expires 48 hours after you sign in, after which you are asked to sign in again. The 48 hours run from sign-in and are not extended by activity, so a session always ends within two days.
- Account-linking helper cookies, short-lived cookies used only while you link a third-party account (Google, for exports; Zoho, for the finance data connection), to protect those flows against cross-site request forgery. They are cleared as soon as linking finishes.
- Display preferences, small cookies remembering how you chose to lay a page out, so it looks the same next time (for example, whether the summary cards above a table are shown or hidden). They hold a display setting only: no identity, no tracking, and the app works normally without them.
Similar local storage
The app may store small non-tracking preferences and cached report data in your browser (for example, a cached theme so the page doesn’t flash on load, and a copy of the table you last viewed so it reloads instantly). These stay on your device and are not used to identify or track you. Signing out or clearing your browser data removes them.
Managing cookies
Because these cookies are essential to signing in, blocking them will prevent the app from working. You can clear them through your browser at any time, which will simply sign you out.
